PHOENIX - Phoenix police is asking for the public’s help to locate a suspect who opened fire inside a bar Saturday morning and killed a 26-year-old man.

Around 4:30 a.m. two groups of men inside a bar near 16th Street and McDowell Road got into a fight. One of the groups was asked to leave the bar. A few minutes later, a man went inside and fired several shots and shot another man before fleeing the scene, police said.

The police have ruled the case as a homicide. The victim was identified as James Oliver Tuner.

Turner was taken to the hospital in critical condition and has since died.
