PHOENIX (AP) - Police in Phoenix are investigating a fatal shooting involving two brothers.
They say the shooting occurred Saturday around 6:30 p.m. near 28th Street and McDowell Road.
Police say Gregg York, 57, was shot by his brother Troy York, 64, during an argument.
The victim was rushed to a hospital where he later died.
Police say the shooting suspect is in custody and has been booked on one count of second degree murder.
