Michelle Bastian was arrested for allegedly planning to kill people with a bomb in the prison where her husband, Thomas Bastian, was serving a murder sentence.
Investigators said she sent Thomas terrorism-related documents by disguising them as legal paperwork.
Investigators said they found letters from Thomas to Michelle in which he wrote he wanted her to send him al-Qaida and ISIL terrorist publications.
The Department of Corrections also searched Thomas' cell phone. They found some of those publications, authorities said.
They say they also found handwritten notes that detailed how to build bombs.
Michelle Bastian will be in superior court Monday for her arraignment at 8:30 a.m.
