Phoenix police say the found a man unresponsive in the pool when they responded to a Phoenix apartment complex on Saturday night.
According to police, firefighters pronounced him dead after 11 p.m.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of death, according to police. An investigation is underway, but police say there were no obvious signs of foul play.
The apartment complex is located at 4727 E Lafayette Boulevard.
