PHOENIX - The golf course at Mountain Shadows has undergone a dramatic transformation and it's spectacular -- to say the least.
"Kind of what's old is new again," said Forrest Richardson, the golf architect of The Short Course at Mountain Shadows. "What we redid is the golf course, but brought it back to it's grandeur of what it was back in the heyday."
Mountain Shadows opened in 1959, but closed in 2004. Now, like a phoenix, the Paradise Valley destination is rising new and improved.
Richardson was the brainchild behind the pristine golf course. Every one of the 18 holes is a par three. After years of planning and executing, his vision weaves throughout the Camelback Corridor.
The course is currently taking reservations which you can make here.
