CHANDLER, Ariz. - A Chandler realtor has been arrested in connection with five burglary incidents at homes he was showing, according to the Chandler Police Department.
Detectives were advised of a burglary at a home where jewelry was stolen in December of 2017.
During their investigation, police said detectives discovered four additional burglary incidents with a similar modus operandi; the victim residence was listed for sale, jewelry was stolen and the same realtor showed the home.
Police identified the realtor as 35-year-old Paul John Stolarik.
He was arrested in Queen Creek and booked into Maricopa County Jail Thursday on five counts of second-degree burglary, a class 3 felony.
