PHOENIX- Two SUVs collided head on Saturday near Osborn Road and 75th Avenue leaving one person dead and three others injured, according Phoenix Police Department.

According to police, the driver who was killed has been identified as 51-year-old Juan Guerrero-Mancera.

Both drivers were initially said to be in "extremely critical condition" and Mancera later died at the hospital. Both drivers had a passenger with them and they were taken to the hospital with less serious injuries, police said.

According to police, the 51-year-old victim, who had a 49-year-old male passenger, was driving southbound on 75th Avenue when their vehicle was struck by northbound vehicle that crossed into oncoming traffic.

The other driver was a 20-year-old man and his passenger was a 34-year-old man, officials said.

Police said impairment is suspected. The investigation is ongoing, police said.
