Spicy Meatball Recipe

Makes about 24 medium sized meatballs

INGREDIENTS:

• 1.5 lbs. ground beef

• 1/2 cup parmesan grated

• 1 large egg, slightly beaten

• 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

• 2 cloves of garlic, minced

• 3 tsp salt

• 1 tsp black pepper

• 1/2 cup milk

• 1 tsp dried oregano

• 1/2 Bunch Fresh chopped parsley

• 2 tsp red pepper flakes

• 2 tsp cayenne pepper

For stuffing

• 1 lbs. medium diced Provolone Cheese

• 1 dozen hard boiled eggs, cut into quarters

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 Degrees

In a large bowl, combine all of the above ingredients.

Shape the ground meat into medium sized balls using medium sized ice cream scoop.

Flatten the meat ball, then stuff with one egg quarter, and 1 cube of provolone cheese.

Once all meatballs are made place on sheet tray 1 inch apart and bake at 350 Degrees for 20 minutes, or internal temperature of 165 degrees.

Serve with your favorite Marinara sauce, shredded parmesan cheese and Cotija cheese
