¼ cup coconut oil
½ cup peanut butter
1 tbsp. honey
1 ¼ cup rolled oats
¼ cup cranberries
Melt coconut oil, peanut butter and honey in a pot over low heat.
Stir until fully melted then remove from heat.
Add the rolled oats and cranberries, stirring until fully mixed.
Use tablespoon to place drops onto parchment paper lined cooking sheet.
Place in refrigerator and cool until solid.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
