• 4 ounces of chicken

• 2 ounces of mozzarella

• 2 ounces of spinach

• 2 ounces of sautéed mushrooms

• 0.5 ounces of Bechamel

• Dash of Thyme to taste

• Salt and Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

• Spin Crepe

• Fold and flip crepe

• Add mozzarella

• Add béchamel sauce

• Sprinkle thyme, salt and pepper

• Add spinach

• Add chicken

• Add mushrooms

• Fold

• Garnish with parsley flakes

Process time: 5 minutes
