Here's everything you need to make your own batch.
Two tablespoons chopped garlic
½ one yellow onion, minced
1 tablespoons olive oil
8 yukon gold potatoes, cut in quarters
Half cup half and half
½ cup melted butter (about ½ stick)
- Boil the potatoes for 20 minutes or until fork tender.
- In a small skillet or pan, heat the oil and brown garlic and onion until onion is almost translucent.
- Place potatoes in a large mixing bowl or stand mixer. Either mash with a potato masher or mix with the mixer on slow, increasing speed as the potatoes mash.
- Add the butter, onion and garlic, mixing well. Add half and half until potatoes reach desire consistency.
