INGREDIENTS
2 oz Romaine, cut ½ tsp S&P mix
5 oz Cucumbers, ½" chunks 1 tsp Oregano
4 oz Roma tomato, ½" chunks 2 ea Pita chips
½ oz Onion, red, thinly sliced
½ oz Green peppers, thinly sliced
2 oz Feta cheese, ½" chunks
8 ea Kalamata olives
2 ½ Tbl EVOO
1 ½ tsp Red wine vinegar

PREPARATION STEPS
1. Place romaine in mixing bowl and add ½ tablespoon oil and ½ tsp vinegar, mix to coat, place in center of salad bowl.
2. Place remaining ingredients in mixing bowl and toss to coat.
3. Mound on top of romaine.
4. Place pita chips at 2 o'clock.
